- 1/4 cup finely chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup finely chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1 cup yogurt Yoghurt
- 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
- 2-3 chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp sugar
- salt to taste
Seasoning:
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp mustard seeds
- 3-4 curry leaves
- pinch of asafoetida
- Add all ingredients in the bowl. Mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds, when they start popping, add curry leaves and asafoetida.
- Add this seasoning to mixture.
